OPENWORLD is run by Social Builders Pty Ltd. Social Builders is an Australian Social Enterprise that is providing systemic change to play and social opportunities for children at risk of social isolation; particularly children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. 

Although often bullied, misjudged and lacking in play opportunities, socially awkward children often have specific and enthusiastic interests. 

Social Builders has been successful in bringing groups of children together through common interests – particularly via LEGO building in our growing number of Brick Clubs. Our initiatives have been funded through our commercial activities esp. large scale events and exhibitions under the INSIDE the BRICK brand (www.insidethebrick.com).

We have been steadily expanding the areas we operate in offering schools and communities greater access to STEM activities in an attempt to bring even more people together over common interests in STEM activities.
